Are you excited by the challenge to define, design, and launch systems and platforms for millions of users? We are Workday Talent Acquisition. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to join us and grow with us. Our team is crafting the next generation of Talent Acquisition tools for global Talent Acquisition teams, enabling them to source, assess, select, and hire candidates at scale. About the Role Workday is looking for an experienced product manager who will discover and define customer problems and encourage solutions that generate measurable value and meet the needs of our holistic business. Our Product Managers drive product design in close collaboration with our customers. You will work alongside a stellar team of product managers, product designers, developers, and quality assurance engineers to deliver transformative, intuitive products. While we look for common skills and capabilities in all our candidates, each team offers unique ways to elevate Workday products to the next level.   • A highly motivated quick learner who enjoys solving creatively tough problems independently in a fast paced agile environment.
  • An outstanding operator who can lead tactical execution and coordination on complex initiatives across functions in an organized fashion while avoiding unnecessary overhead. Can lead projects effectively with high standards of accountability.
  • A naturally hardworking and experienced doer who can synthesize complex inputs and trade-offs into a compelling plan and direction with agreement from team members, contributors, and stakeholders.
  • A strong communicator, both verbal and written, who can easily and intuitively adapt content and form to various types of audiences. Be comfortable influencing others and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • A skilled and curious researcher who puts users at the center of ideation, design and execution and who has the ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive landscape research, as well as primary user research.
About You Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience
  • 3+ years experience working with Agile or SCRUM teams
  • 2+ years experience working with remote teams and / or manager
  • Track record of working independently, and resolving ambiguity
Other Qualifications
  • Track record in managing product lifecycle: defining business problems, researching customer needs, prototyping and testing new solutions, working with design and engineering teams, and prioritizing an Agile development backlog.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and drive to meet customers’ needs
  • Excellent analytical abilities, including exploration, measurement, and monitoring
  • Strong Active Listening Skills
  • A collaborative approach, seeking common ground to meet organizational goals
