Job Title: Media and Artist Relations Officer (12 month FTC) A little bit about our team: Warner Music Ireland Based in Dublin, Warner Music Ireland are responsible for developing and haping careers for international and Local artists. Our roster comprises of some of the worlds Global superstars (Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Bruno Mars) and exciting local talent. The Media and Artist Relations team are responsible for the Warner Group artist roster and WMI local roster publicity campaigns and artist relations activities. Your role: Day-to-day Media and Artist Officer will create and oversee strategic artist campaigns. Devising plans across all media formats, in line with the artist's brand . F orward-thinking ideation and storytelling is at the heart of the role, ensuring our artists' stories are heard and presented in the right way, through the right forums. No day-to-day looks the same and the role requires adaptability. Here you’ll get to:
  • Report into the Head of Media and Artist Relations
  • Plan, strategise, execute and monitor artist PR campaigns across International and domestic campaigns across all our working labels
  • Liaise with all lables international teams to co-ordiante artist promo
  • Weekly radio plugging to Irish Radio networks 
  • Execute and manage artist promo days when artists in Market - creating maximum suitable opportunities for artists across traditional routes of TV, radio, press, online and social PR but also devising plans in the non-traditional spaces
  • Create, organise and execute artist events with the team.
  • Work closely with the digital team to execute content strategies for artists.
  • Liaise with all in-house teams across sales and digital to coordinate artist release plans
  • This position will require being in the office 4 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
  • Attend artist shows
About you:
  • A zest for PR and go-getting attitude
  • 2+ years music PR experience
  • Previously run domestic and international artist publicity campaigns
  • Experience r unning your own publicity campaigns
  • You have an extensive contact base across Irish media.
  • You have a Knowledge of Irish music scene
  • You enjoy attending artist gigs
