About Scientific Infra and Private Assets (SIPA) - EDHEC SIPA is a provider of market indices, benchmarks and valuation analytics for investors in private assets. SIPA maintains the infraMetrics® platform: an online information system that gives access to key market indices including the infra300® and infra100® series. InfraMetrics® also includes a wealth of valuation data and analytics. Role and responsibilities Responsible for the timely delivery of monthly indices and metrics This involves ensuring that all the required input data is available, triggering and monitoring workflows in Airflow, validating the outputs and investigating any anomaly This requires co-ordination with the data and research team Answer and/or co-ordinate responses to support queries Develop tools to facilitate the above Requirements Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and perseverance to get to the bottom of issues Familiarity with asset pricing and index construction Working knowledge of R or Python Working knowledge of Linux or willing to learn Fast learner 3+ years of experience working in the financial industry A degree related to finance or other quantitative field such as computer science or engineering This is a full-time, on-going position. Remuneration is competitive and includes a bonus for meeting performance objectives. Attractive salary and bonus, healthcare and pension plan coverage.
