We're looking for a friendly and independent individual to join our team. You will be in charge of our retail stores / showroom. Some traits that we are looking for:

  • Customer-orientated and passionate
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a level of tidiness and cleanliness on the floor
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Has a high level of professionalism, work ethics and honesty
Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day retail/showroom operations
  • Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours and sizes on the floor
  • Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
  • Promote first class service & customer experience at all times
  • Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
  • Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process returns, exchanges and issue store credits
  • Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5 days work week including weekends
  • Strong command of English
  • Basic Excel Skills required
  • Min education: Diploma preferred
  • Minimum commitment of one year
  • Only Singaporeans or Perm Residents
