In this role, you will be involved in the full spectrum of customer lifecycle management activities from customer outreach, onboarding, event trigger and periodic review to exit. You will participate in process enhancement projects and drive initiatives to augment efficiency in the team while ensuring that customer standards are met. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and possess more than 8 years of KYC experience, with prior exposure to Commercial / SME Banking KYC. Prior team management experience would be highly advantageous. Personal attributes such as strong relationship management skills and a growth mindset would be highly valued.
