Job details
You will be required to
- Manage regulatory compliance risks and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements,
- Assist to establish, document and oversee a full suite of policies, manuals, handbooks, and procedures
- Participate in regulatory consultations, reviews and regulatory compliance and regulatory relationship matters with the MAS, industry associations and other external parties
- Perform KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence review and documentation to fulfill AML/CFT requirements
- Advise the Management and internal customers on the interpretation of the relevant regulations and compliance related issues in relation to licensing, AML and KYC
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in a licensed fund manager based in Singapore
- Degree or Diploma qualified
