Retail Leasing Senior Executive

Job Description: The Senior Leasing Executive will be responsible for driving leasing activities across Mapletree's portfolio of properties, with a focus on maximizing occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's commercial portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• 3-5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
