We are seeking a Senior Brand Experience Specialist to join the Content Strategy & Planning Division of the Communication Strategy Department within Public Affairs. Working within the Content Strategy & Planning Division, you will be responsible for bringing the brand experience to life for our key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a trusted member of the team, c ombining top-quality communication and people skills with a flair for creativity, style and consistent visual storytelling.<br />

This role requires experience implementing strategic brand experience programs across both physical and digital platforms. You will be expected to take direction from brand strategy and marketing divisions to help create the experience our key stakeholders feel for each of the major brand stories we bring to life. The successful applicant will be able to drive and lead projects as part of a wider team that works across functions and geographies to chart the course for consistent and optimized brand experience. A working knowledge of digital/virtual customer experience tactics as well as experience with retail and VIP is highly desirable.<br />

<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />

The candidate will be based at Saudi Aramco&#39;s headquarters in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be required to perform the following:</p>

	<li>Design the structure and content of brand experience training for those managing physical and digital brand experiences based on Aramco&#39;s heritage, brand story, technology, and company highlights/milestones.</li>
	<li>Support different departments with their needs in brand training, planning and organizing training to ensure the brand information is used in an appropriate way</li>
	<li>Based on the data analysis, reflect visitor feedback to improve and organize interactive experience in various ways with diverse content</li>
	<li>Based on the data analysis, adjust communication strategies and ways of platform operation to increase visitors&#39; brand awareness and loyalty.</li>
	<li>Liaise with teams across Public Affairs both at HQ and globally to ensure quality, adaptability, and compliance with guidelines.</li>
	<li>Maintain the highest level of brand execution and consistency with overall brand message and strategic direction;</li>

We are seeking a Senior Brand Experience Specialist to join the Content Strategy & Planning Division of the Communication Strategy Department within Public Affairs. Working within the Content Strategy & Planning Division, you will be responsible for bringing the brand experience to life for our key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a trusted member of the team, c ombining top-quality communication and people skills with a flair for creativity, style and consistent visual storytelling.<br />

This role requires experience implementing strategic brand experience programs across both physical and digital platforms. You will be expected to take direction from brand strategy and marketing divisions to help create the experience our key stakeholders feel for each of the major brand stories we bring to life. The successful applicant will be able to drive and lead projects as part of a wider team that works across functions and geographies to chart the course for consistent and optimized brand experience. A working knowledge of digital/virtual customer experience tactics as well as experience with retail and VIP is highly desirable.<br />

	<li>Design the structure and content of brand experience training for those managing physical and digital brand experiences based on Aramco&#39;s heritage, brand story, technology, and company highlights/milestones.</li>
	<li>Support different departments with their needs in brand training, planning and organizing training to ensure the brand information is used in an appropriate way</li>
	<li>Based on the data analysis, reflect visitor feedback to improve and organize interactive experience in various ways with diverse content</li>
	<li>Based on the data analysis, adjust communication strategies and ways of platform operation to increase visitors&#39; brand awareness and loyalty.</li>
	<li>Liaise with teams across Public Affairs both at HQ and globally to ensure quality, adaptability, and compliance with guidelines.</li>
	<li>Maintain the highest level of brand execution and consistency with overall brand message and strategic direction;</li>
	<li>The Specialist will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and build fully integrated marketing programs, and work collaboratively with agency partners for tactical planning and implementation.</li>

You will be required to interpret technical briefs, work with clients and create creative and technical proposals, including, when necessary, script writing. You will be able to direct professional video editors, 2D & 3D graphic designers, compositors, color graders and sound designers. The majority of programming is produced in English and so a fully fluent, preferably native written & spoken ability in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is desired, but not essential. You will be able to present concepts and completed work for review to senior management and external dignitaries.<br />

Manage the concept to delivery of key commissions and events for the successful delivery of the Program Portfolio&#39;s mandate. Projects may include major visual arts installations, music and spoken word festivals, national holiday celebrations, site-specific theatre and other cross-genre commissions. The Senior Producer will support the Creative Director in identifying, planning, scoping and scheduling the annual portfolio mandated programs. The Senior Producer will liaise internally within King Abdulaziz Center&#39;s components to ensure efficient communication, policy compliance and implementation. Support the implementation of R&D portfolio review decisions and report progress.<br />
Coordinate the analysis of R&D gate review priorities and implementation performance to ensure consistency with business and investment plans.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />

Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, or related business administration disciplines. Master&#39;s degree is preferred, in particular if the candidate has completed advanced degree education in both engineering/science and business administration.<br />
10 years of professional experience in leading organizations, preferably in the oil and gas sector (with focus on downstream, midstream, and sustainability initiatives) including at least five years in R&D investment planning and/or technology management role.<br />

This is to source one (1) Lead Prog Dev & Eval Analyst as Knowledge Management Specialist to join its Training Organization&#39;s Knowledge Management Group. The employee will take part and contribute towards the group&#39;s corporate wide Knowledge Transfer activities. An Executive Talent Assessment & Succession Specialist is required to join the Executive Development (ED) team within the Executive Development & Compensation (ED&C) Department.<br />

The team in ED oversee and guide the design and implementation of the leadership succession journey at the Director and above (the "top 300") levels. We achieve this through our in-depth expertise, building trusted relationships in all parts of the business and driving disciplined talent/succession management.<br />

This role is to define, review, recommend, and evaluate the use of robust, cost-effective and impactful assessment and succession solutions for an array of talent management decisions with a focus around the Director and above leadership population. The core activities involve creating talent assessment and succession processes to ensure best fit for the skillset, competencies, motivation, and behavior against Saudi Aramco competency models and standards. The resulting assessments are to provide immediate and objective feedback to the company on the motivation, readiness and potential of any individual to move to the next stage in their Saudi Aramco career. It is also critical that the assessment experience for the participants are engaging, impactful and drive development outcomes.<br />

	<li>Accountable for the delivery of the assessment and succession strategy for the Director and above population.</li>
	<li>Oversee the design and delivery of an engaging and impactful assessment experience for participants ensuring it is effectively integrated into their leadership development journey.</li>
	<li>Facilitate and/or ensure effective conversations with participants and business executives around the assessment data and associated implications for development and succession planning.</li>
	<li>Inform and guide the assessment governance framework, ensure adherence to best practice principles, and drive increased assessment competence and expertise amongst users.</li>
	<li>Consult and advise stakeholders on assessment use and interventions as well as on the succession planning process.</li>
	<li>Align and contribute to assessment and succession strategies addressing diversity and inclusion.</li>
	<li>Support assessment analytics as needed and in collaboration with HR analytics specialists.</li>
	<li>Determine and strengthen the link of assessment-based decisions and business success criteria.</li>
	<li>Undertake spot audits of all reports and processes at the Director and above levels.</li>

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor&#39;s degree in arts or science. Ideally, an advanced degree relevant to the expertise needed in the role (e.g., occupational/ industrial psychology, people/talent analytics). Over ten years post-graduate experience as an assessment specialist is required, preferably gained, in part, within a large commercial organization or consulting firm. Assessment experience should have included significant work at the executive/C-suite level and, ideally, included board level work. This work should have included involvement in succession management processes and leadership development gaining a strong understanding of how executives develop and successfully transition into senior roles (including C-suite and/or Board level).<br />

Use of Company leadership competency models for appropriate assessments of potential, readiness, and development is expected. The successful candidate will also be fluent in evaluation and research methodology and theory; descriptive and inferential statistical analysis procedures and interpretation; and in-depth psychometric aspects of testing. He/she will be able to excel in a collaborative yet challenging work environment with the capability to influence and demonstrate business impact through assessments.<br />

As a recognized company expert in the chemical business, IK Liquids to Chemicals Development (LTC)is developing the production, shipping and marketing of low carbon hydrogen and ammonia as an alternative route-to-market for our oil and gas resources. The Sr. P&PM Specialist candidate will join Planning & Perf Management division (D&PMD). The D&PMD is responsible for developing the Admin Area strategy for HR, Planning and budgeting and workforce planning. Also, coordinates Senior VP office communications, handles Ministry of Energy correspondence, and strategy and market analysis requests related to LTC business and briefs for Management.<br />

Candidate&#39;s primary responsibility will be to generating analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others; coordinating planning activities; performing variance analysis; and to proactively identify and provide solutions for problems and issues that arise in his/her assigned areas.<br />
<br />
In addition, he/she will develop and maintain close partnerships with business/operational counterparts of the Admin Area organization in his/her assigned areas, and represents his/her organization in cross-functional, cross-organizational teams involved in Admin Area related tasks.<br />

Furthermore, the candidate will participate in planning initiatives of his/her organization; may be assigned to lead and supervise work streams; and significantly involved in mentoring others on Admin Area practice.<br />

	<li>Plan, execute and lead finance and performance management analytical activities under the broad guidance of higher-level P&PMD staff and supervisors of the hiring organization, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues</li>
	<li>Generate analytical findings and recommendations across the scope of objectives and deliverables of the organization, either independently or in collaboration with others. Proactively identify and provide solutions for problems and issues that arise in his/her assigned areas</li>
	<li>Develop and maintain close partnerships with business/operational counterparts of the P&PMD organization in his/her assigned areas, and represent his/her organization in cross-functional, cross-organizational teams involved in P&PMD-related tasks</li>
	<li>Participate in planning initiatives of his/her organization, may be assigned to lead and supervise work streams and be significantly involved in mentoring others on P&PMD practice</li>
	<li>Business reporting, planning and forecasting</li>
	<li>Create and maintain a financial model for the actual results reporting in combination with the short- to mid-term planning process of the business</li>
	<li>Analyze the monthly results of the product lines, the fixed costs and balance sheet items</li>
	<li>Management of the monthly adjustments and accruals in cooperation with the central accounting teams</li>
	<li>Prepare the management reporting for the commercial and business management</li>
	<li>Managing of the planning process in coordination with the business representatives and the commercial analysts</li>
	<li>Consolidation of the product line results into the Business P&L</li>
	<li>Identifying improvement potentials in the business</li>
	<li>Financial advice and support to business projects</li>
	<li>Process mapping of the new implemented structures</li>
	<li>Business integration support for subsidiaries, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions</li>
	<li>Performs other related staff and analytical duties, as assigned.</li>

	<li>At least 12 years of related experience. You will demonstrate a strong track record in Chemicals and/or Refining business functions (either PPMD or other). A demonstrated capability and track record, in the practice of planning and performance management, and in the use of business intelligence tools:</li>
