- Conceptualise and implement new systems and processes to facilitate collection of CPF savings for platform workers (ride-hailing/on-demand delivery workers)
- Formulate and assess operational policies and processes, in collaboration with multiple counterparts across government and private entities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Finance/IT support/vendors) to co-create business and IT solutions
- Drive publicity and engagement efforts, and craft innovative communications materials for platform workers/operators, and the wider public
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.
- Knowledge of IT systems and solutions, as well as experience working with IT support and vendors, is desirable.
- Ability to drive publicity and engagement efforts, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, is advantageous.

- Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position
