  1. Leading the infrastructure practice team and building a community of passionate infrastructure focused cloud architects
  2. Coordinating team efforts, facilitating meetings, and ensuring that practice members adhere to set objectives.
  3. Execution of the roadmap for the Infrastructure Practice, as defined by the global service manager, regional CRE leadership and the GTM team.
  4. Collaborating with global counterparts and integrating infrastructure services into our overarching service portfolio. This includes making sure the roadmap is built out and diligently maintaining the service catalog to ensure its accuracy and alignment with our offerings.
  5. Building and delivering a technical training plan for the team of infrastructure specialists. Required cloud and industry certifications, partner training, DoiT training sessions etc..
  6. Work with and support clients to evaluate their infrastructure landscape, discover cloud opportunities, and offer expert insights on optimal practices and/or DoiT Service offerings.
  7. Partner with technical counterparts and product teams at cloud providers and vendors, leveraging those connections to enhance and expand our technical capabilities.
  8. Participate actively in cloud partner engagements & training sessions .Keeping up to date industry innovations, sharing that knowledge with the infrastructure practice and recommending the incorporation of emergent technologies into our technical capabilities and service offerings..
  9. Collaborate with CRE territory leads, sales and marketing departments to create impactful thought leadership material, presentations, and pitches.
  10. Collaborate with practice members TL and SCAs - help prioritize practice contribution needs and manage workload of ICs who are practice members.
  11. Spearhead internal and external training sessions, at various levels of complexity and tailored to the audience. workshops. Support sales consultations relevant to the Infrastructure Practice domain. Oversee and contribute to the development of comprehensive documentation, guides, and resources to ensure consistent and high quality support to our clientele. Periodically assess tickets within the Infrastructure Practice domain to maintain quality, and utilize these insights to formulate essential playbooks, POCs, and relevant artifacts for internal/customer sharing and identify recurring issues which need remediation. Support our customers through handling tickets in ZD and being available in ZR
Qualifications:
    Expert-level knowledge of core cloud services: IaaS/PaaS, storage, networking, security.
  1. Experience leading technical teams in delivering successful cloud projects.
  2. Proven proficiency in core cloud services including cloud-native applications, microservices, and serverless architectures.
  3. Experience in the areas of security, compliance, disaster recovery, performance and scalability.
  4. Deep expertise within prominent cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) with relevant certifications.
  5. Stellar communication and relationship-building skills.
  6. Keen business insight complemented by a comprehensive grasp of technology's role in shaping business trajectories.
  7. Experience in leading high-caliber architect teams in a fast-evolving setting.
  8. Current Senior Cloud Architect Level 2 - desired. Individual exceptions will be assessed separately.
