Our client, is a well established firm has grown over the years in to a conglomerate of diversified businesses that enjoys a dominant position in several economic sectors in Kuwait, wider Middle East, UK and Australia. They are looking out for a Business Manager for Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities would include setting the strategic direction for the territory by analysing business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations, Preparing the annual business plan, sales and operating budgets for the territory and monitor implementation, Monitoring operating costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction, challenge unauthorized activity, monitor value for money. Negotiate, form and execute the required terms & conditions, financial aspects and contractual agreements with third parties including but not limited to License agreement / fees, Franchise agreement, Tenancy agreements, suppliers etc. Identify locations with good business potential in high traffic area in the Middle East (Operating region). Monitor and analyze findings from competitor and market intelligence data, its impact on the Group retail strategy and provide periodic feedback to management. Conduct ongoing market research (economy, demographics, consumer spends, product preferences) to identify possibilities of new introduction, existing introduction / penetration and expansion opportunities.Staff leadership, business development and financial management.Strong development, marketing and public relations experience to successfully engage stakeholders, including business partners, policy makers, media and communities. Strong and effective oral and written communication skills.Personal qualities that include integrity, commitment and the ability to inspire and motivate. 8-10 years’ experience in Fashion industry.Bachelor’s Degree /Graduate is essential. Candidates currently residing & working in KSA will be given preference.
