  • Should have experience with HR or Recruitment companies or agnceies like maharah, smasco , soundlines etc.
  • End to End Sales process for clients .
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  • Lead generation of prospective clients & Maintaining the database of prospective and current clients on CRM
  • Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on client acquisition progress
  • generate new leads and convert them to clients
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B sales corporate environment in HR or Recruitment Company industry background
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Valid Driving Lic
  • Age below 35 years
