Futures Product Service Director

• Research and identify new business opportunities to grow Wallet’s shares, increase revenue channels and capture new client segments
• Be the Product owner, coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Quant, Ops, Marketing, Country Teams) to execute business strategy and rollout new derivatives business products
• Develop market-fit and innovative trading, execution and analytics strategies to broaden business product offerings to meet retail and institutional client needs and improve client experience
• Driving and delivering transactional digitization strategy in adopting distributed ledger Tech/Tokenization to front-to-back pricing, trading, execution and settlement product systems
• Analyzing client trading history, pattern and stock similarity, enable faster deployment and scalable production / internal risk metrics in real-time to effectively identify client and market trends to drive client-targeted salesincreasing revenue
• Proactively analyze and monitor KPIs, competitors’ landscape , VIP clients and community feedback to iterate overall product, marketing and business strategy

Requirements

• 10 years + work experience in Derivatives Trading, Equity, Digital Asset, R&D Engineering/ Crypto Derivatives Trading industry
• Preferable from Tech development roles who are interested in transition to Business roles
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Good Crypto Trading experience with analysis strategy
