The Company Our client, in the maritime sector, is currently looking for a Talent Management Manager to join their dynamic team. The Role In the role reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive employee engagement initiatives, conducting annual pulse surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction, developing and sustaining programs fostering team collaboration, morale, and overall employee well-being. You are also required to oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback, collaborating with leadership to identify high-potential employees and build talent pipelines, offer coaching and assistance to managers in addressing performance concerns and creating improvement plans, collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, design learning programs, and facilitate training sessions. Your Profile You should have a Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement. You should possess good understanding of the employment market regulations.
