Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance monitoring and surveillance activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the MAS, SFC & FCA in addition to other relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal teams.
- Assist in internal investigations and external audits.
- Stay informed about emerging compliance trends.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, buy side exposure is preferred.
- Familiar with MAS policy & requirements.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and market abuse regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
