GenAI Engineer

Job Description & Requirements As an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our engagement with a leading insurance institution customer. You will be responsible for driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions to expedite time-to-market for developing enterprise-ready applications. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Generative AI core building blocks and technical stack, as well as enhancing the Conversational AI platform to provide an enriched experience for customers, agents, and internal users. Additionally, you will contribute to the utilization of Competitors' Analysis Platform, leveraging web scraping applications powered by Generative AI to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making processes. Responsibilities: Supporting the Generative AI Core Building Blocks:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance the GenAI platform.
• Drive the development of core building blocks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Enhancing the Conversational AI Platform:

• Integrate Generative AI technologies to enhance conversational experiences.
• Develop and deploy solutions to improve customer interactions, agent support, and internal user engagement.
• Continuously optimize the Conversational AI platform to meet evolving business needs and user expectations.

Leveraging Competitors' Analysis Platform:

• Utilize web scraping applications powered by Generative AI to gather competitive intelligence.
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Recent experience supporting GenAI projects in an enterprise environment, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Proven background in either Data Science or Software Engineering, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Strong demonstrable skillset in Python or JavaScript, with proficiency in relevant libraries, frameworks, and tools.
  • Keen learner with a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
