Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of KOL-related marketing campaigns. This includes drafting creative briefs and selecting the most suitable KOLs/Influencers for each initiative, such as campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Drive user acquisition, growth, and brand awareness in Singapore by identifying and recruiting KOLs/Influencers. Develop strategies to engage and attract influential individuals for partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively nurture and maintain ongoing relationships with KOLs/Influencers, fostering collaboration and ensuring mutual success. Regularly communicate and provide support to build strong and lasting partnerships.
  • Plan and execute KOL events, benefits, and initiatives to foster KOL engagement and brand advocacy. Organize and manage tailored events and activities to strengthen relationships and promote the brand.
  • Continuously monitor and lead regular reporting on KOLs' performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the team. Utilize data and metrics to optimize KOL strategies and drive better results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to support the team in defining the KOL marketing strategy. Identify new opportunities and contribute to the development of effective and innovative KOL marketing approaches.
  • Provide support for other relevant marketing initiatives as necessary, leveraging expertise in KOL management and influencer marketing.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with high-profile influencers, showcasing your ability to connect and engage with influential individuals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders. Strong relationship-building capabilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. A well-organized and detail-oriented approach is crucial in managing KOLs and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making. Experience in analyzing performance metrics and providing actionable insights is highly desirable.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices. A keen interest in the latest developments in influencer marketing and a drive to innovate in this field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, preferably in the fintech, investment, or trading space. Previous experience in investor relations (IR) or public relations (PR) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills. Chinese language proficiency is a desirable additional asset.
