Project Manager- Bahrain Aon in the Middle East Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain (On-site) The role requires an operational and strategically minded individual who is interactive by nature, with a strong background of project / business management skills where the scope of work will initially be Project Management with a transition into Operations Management / Product Ownership at the implementation of the Project. The appropriate candidate will be required to:
- Project Management - overseeing the end-to-end project management process to live, and for any further phases or enhancements to the Product
- Operations Lead - Lead the BAU operation and liaison between the various operational and, IT and administration teams
- Client relationship and management - developing and maintain the client relationship, look for new commercial opportunities, and implement and maintain BAU communication strategies with client and stakeholders
- Product ownership - understanding and prioritizing user requirements, defining product features and driving product development
- Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.
- Manage the project team including hiring, training and evaluation as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams
- Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and moving forward, the business performance.
- Develop operational policies and procedures and processes, implement these, and manage these once the project has been completed and implemented.
- University degree
- Preferably qualified PMO
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project management
- Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills, used to work with C-level management
- Confident, accurate, self-motivated and resilient
- Discrete, diplomatic, flexible and reliable
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective
