Job Objective: Drive the development and management of robust partnerships that reinforce stc B2B objectives in telecommunications and ICT space. Focusing on identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic alliances to enable service excellence, drive innovation, and unlock new business opportunities for stc Bahrain. Key Responsibilities: Primary Contribution Develop and implement partnership strategy, setting clear goals and objectives. Identify, assess, and develop opportunities with key partners to expand stc BH s market presence. Negotiate and secure partnerships with best-fit sales, delivery, or other partners, establishing commercial models, service scopes, and partnership frameworks. Drive growth by managing and expanding stc BH s partner portfolio and maintaining strong relationships with key partners by fostering collaborations that align with the strategic direction and growth objectives of stc BH. Oversee the development of partnership programs, including benefits, tiering, commission, and incentive schemes. Ensure that all partnerships are pursued and executed in a way that aligns with client requirements and stc BH's value proposition. Develop and maintain a network of potential partners, creating a long list of candidates and shortlisting them based on a developed partnership assessment framework. Collaboration and cross boundary Interactions Foster a culture of collaboration by guiding and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve common partnership objectives. Ensure seamless integration and fulfilment of partnership requirements by working closely with internal departments. Oversee partnership delivery across different phases, including contracting, performance monitoring, and budget management, to ensure the effective execution of partnership agreements. Engage with external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, align offerings with market needs, and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Change management and continuous improvement. Steer the partnership program's evolution, incorporating feedback and market changes to drive continuous improvement. Advocate and implement best practices and innovative approaches to partnership management, maintaining stc BH's competitive edge. Reporting and compliance Track and report on partner performance, aligning with established KPIs and strategic plans to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Create and conduct regular performance reviews, sharing insights and progress with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and drive accountability. Formulate and implement a governance framework for partnership and contract management, establishing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence Experience: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience Company Industry
