Key Responsibilities of the Vice President - Financial Reporting

• As part of a small finance team, support the CFO in executing his responsibilities
• Identification & implementation of financial accounting system
• Preparation & reporting of monthly management reports
• Preparation & filing of periodic multi-jurisdictional payroll & VAT returns
• Responsible for all aspects of financial controls & financial reporting within the business.
• Implement a computerized accounting system capable of supporting the business's multi-jurisdictional activities
• Prepare, analyse and present timely and accurate monthly financial reports (to include trial balance, balance sheet, operating statements & cashflows)
• Develop and implement financial processes/internal controls and ensure compliance with same
