IT Security Engineer - PRIT

As a key member of our IT team, your role will revolve around ensuring the governance of network security and infrastructure health, guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of our daily IT operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting, validating, implementing, and documenting comprehensive end-to-end processes for our office network topology, physical and virtual security, server provisioning, backup systems, and overall IT asset management.
• Proactively monitoring and reporting on IT operations, deliverables, risks, incidents, maintenance activities, and adherence to SLAs, ensuring our IT services maintain high standards.
• Facilitating communication with Corporate IT and external vendors to seek technical support and solutions for infrastructure, network, security appliances, servers, email systems, and various hardware appliances.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing necessary fixes, patches, firmware upgrades, and OS hardening security measures to address vulnerabilities effectively.
• Hands-on management of Active Directory, DNS, file servers, printers, conference systems, email services, antivirus solutions, and other IT components.
• Providing level 1 and 2 IT support to end-users both onsite and remotely, including standby support for critical outages.
• Handling and escalating system and application faults, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Conducting regular internal audits to review IT compliance with policies and standards.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures for the administration of account creation, termination, and modifications.
