Job details

  • Provide technical services to maintain and troubleshoot different computer and electrical systems.
  • Attend and carry out Fault Finding and Diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a mechanical and electrical basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
  • Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
  • Maintain records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Provide day-to-day onsite and remote support on Computer Servers, Communication Equipment, Networking, Hardware and Software Systems.
  • Perform programming and engineering activities at various sites under maintenance.
  • Assist in root cause analysis identified by team members together with the Senior Engineer and Superior.
  • Handle customer’s inquiry, request and complaints in a professional manner and efficient way.
  • Proactive in problem solving and following up and close all incidents, issues and requests timely.
  • Operate company vehicle to perform site work at stipulated working hours.
  • Must be available to attend for any project implementation, assist PM accordingly for successful completion of projects and maintenance issues.
  • Assist in project related activities that includes deployment, installation and testing.
  • Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met.
  • To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
  • Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO 14001 objectives and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
  • Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor.
Work Experience Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good attitude and willing to take up new responsibility.
  • Physically fit.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Fully vaccinated.
  • Must possess Class 2/3 riding/driving licence; own vehicle is an added advantage.
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure.
  • Able to perform scheduled standby duties when necessary.
