Job details
You must first log in before applying to jobs. Graduate of a Bac+4 or more from an engineering school or university equivalent with a specialization in computer science. Desired experience of more than 5 years as SAP or ERP System. Main mission: Administrative Tasks:
- Project Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP systems, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Team Management: Leading a team of SAP consultants, administrators, and developers responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of SAP ERP systems.
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with SAP and other third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Training and Development: Developing training programs and materials for end-users and IT staff to ensure effective utilization of SAP ERP systems and continuous skill development.
- Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for SAP ERP projects, including software licensing, infrastructure costs, consulting fees, and training expenses.
- Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as implementing security measures to protect sensitive data stored in SAP ERP systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining documentation of SAP ERP configurations, processes, and procedures, as well as generating reports on system performance, usage, and compliance.
- Change Management: Implementing change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions during SAP ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Internal Promotion: Promoting the benefits and capabilities of SAP ERP systems to internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and end-users, through presentations, workshops, and communication campaigns.
- User Engagement: Engaging with end-users to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster a positive user experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Case Studies and Success Stories: Developing case studies and success stories highlighting the successful implementation and business outcomes achieved through SAP ERP systems.
- External Promotion: Participating in industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase the organization's use of SAP ERP systems and share best practices with peers and industry professionals.
- Content Creation: Developing marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and videos, to educate potential customers about the benefits of SAP ERP solutions and demonstrate the organization's expertise in SAP technology.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Managing relationships with existing SAP ERP customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead Generation: Generating leads and prospects through targeted marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and networking events to expand the organization's customer base for SAP ERP solutions.
