About the Role TechKluster is seeking a highly motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our clients growing team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of NetSuite for our clients across various industries. You will work closely with business analysts, sales teams, and clients to understand their specific needs and tailor NetSuite solutions to meet their business goals. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement through NetSuite implementation.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, etc.) to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and document NetSuite configurations, workflows, and customizations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth system transition for clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using NetSuite effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite functionalities and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant (2+ years).
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite core functionalities (Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, etc.).
  • Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus.
