Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership over a team of Relationship Managers for the Indonesian market.
• Responsible for driving and executing client engagement, franchise growth and financial performance strategies to ensure high level of client satisfaction and engagement
• Lead and drive sales performance on individual and team basis to achieve overall business objectives
• Ensure service compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal audit/security requirements
• Inculcate a high performance culture to attract, develop and retain high performing staff in support of bank's wealth strategy

• Degree with at least 15 years of relevant wealth management experience
• Possess deep expertise of the Indonesian market
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to relate and manage all levels of staff
• Good networking skills to build partnership and strong collaborations with internal and external business partners
• Strong passion to develop business and grow team
• Strong commitment to risk management and able to foster an effective risk culture
