Apply remote type Hybrid locations Mapletree Business City, Singapore, Singapore time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id R79283 Position Summary Role and Responsibilities This is a 6months contract role • Provide sales and administrative support to Online team (eStore and PP) • Support in day-to day orders flow in process, supply chain including but not limited to stock management to customer related queries • End-to-End flow: Support the key sales support systems/processes (trade-in conciliation, eVouchers, NPS) required to meet the rapid growth of the business. • Execute operational tasks through collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as external partners. •Manage internal communications with both internal and external stakeholders • Uploading sales report & churning of sales report  Overall operation management 1. Inventory management (stock out monitoring)2. Order managenment (Estore+ 3 party direct), means Samsung official store lazada & shopee.  -Order - Refund/Cancellation 3. NPS managenent (Analyse customer feedback and found resolution with related dept)4. Customer service (Align with E-promoter and CS team)5.
