Global renonwed financial trading platform with a global presence, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions within the financial services industry. With operations spanning various countries and jurisdictions including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), they are now seeking an experienced Trade Support specialist to join their expanding business. Our ideal candidate will have working experience in various asset classes such as FX, Stocks, Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income etc. You should also have experience in the Capital Markets or Securities space.
- Trade Support Associate/ Senior Associate
- Location: Central Singapore
- Mode: Hybrid
- Support Institutional and Enterprise clients on technical, account, and trade-related inquiries via phone, ticketing system, and live chat.
- Assume responsibility for and escalate/report issues to relevant stakeholders across different departments and regions.
- Assist Institutional/Enterprise clients in understanding the entire trading process, covering areas such as funding, position transfers, corporate actions, margin calculation, and statement reconciliation.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects, including client outreach, platform training, and general market research.
- 2-5 years of experience in Trade Support/ Client Services capacity at a large financial institution
- Licensed with CMFAS 1A , 2A , 6 and 6A
- Working experience with Brokerage/Securities/Capital Markets
- Experience in various trading asset classes i.e. FX, Equities. Fixed Income, Options etc
- Based in Singapore
