Senior HR Consultant Are you an experienced HR professional who is now looking for a new challenge in the mid-west region?Our client, a highly successful strategic business consultancy, have now engaged with us in CPL on an exclusive basis to hire a Senior HR Consultant to join their senior team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified HR professional to join a highly dynamic & fast growing organisation headquartered in Limerick city & further develop their HR career so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will cover a wide HR remit & manage projects & initiatives for their corporate & multinational client base both here in Ireland & internationally. More specifically you will be tasked with organisational design & strategy development, HR process re-engineering, implementing new performance management systems, consolidating talent & people policies, analysing HR data & future trends, identifying HR solutions to complex queries & designing as well as delivering bespoke L&D/training programmes across diverse industry sectors. Your Skills/Experience that we need :

• 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR or related discipline.
• 5-6+ years experience in a senior level HR role ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment.
• Proven experience in HR project/change management & stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT skills.

The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be range from 60k to 70k or potentially higher for an outstanding candidate. This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in-office & the balance working from home/remote so could also suit candidates who are based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
