Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
    • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  2. Candidate Management:
    • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring-related activities.
    • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and cultural fit requirements.
    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate regular reports and analytics on recruitment metrics for management review.
  5. Employer Branding:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
