Country Manager / Head of BD (KSA) C-Level Riyadh Permanent Mar 15, 2024 Job Title: Country Manager / Head of BD Location: Riyadh, KSA Company: Renewable Energy Company IG Recruit are valued recruitment partner for a solar / renewable energy development partner based in the GCC. Responsibilities:

Manage the KSA team: recruit employees, assign and supervise tasks, plan employees training and supervise employee’s performance.
Follow-up the development of the solar market in KSA, (regulations, main players, projects…) and propose adjustments to company’s strategy if required.
Lead the business development opportunities in the country
- Contact and meet clients at high level (CEO / CFO / COO) in order to create the demand pool for the company in the kingdom.
- Present company offering and identify business opportunities.
- Supervise commercial and technical proposals in coordination with bidding technical manager
- Present proposal to client and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) contractual terms.
Develop the company’s ecosystem (suppliers, subcontractors)
Supervise all administrative matters in liaison with Head Office Ensuring the company is up to date with all regulations and conditions to operate in the country and in line with PC policies
Supervise the performance of the solar projects with the support of appointed project managers
Represent the company in events, participate in PR activities, network with local authorities and other players, maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
Prepare Saudi budget in coordination with Head Office
Liaise with Head Office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.

Qualifications and experience

Solid knowledge and experience in the energy and renewables sector
At least 10 years’ experience in BD activities in KSA.
Extensive network of contacts at C-level in target industries
Excellent communication and people-management skills.
English and Arab fluent
