Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Generalist located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and administration. They will also collaborate with the team to ensure effective HR operations and support the company's growth and development. Additionally, this role includes managing the recruitment process to align with the company's strategic goals and fostering a positive company culture that supports both individual and organizational performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing HR issues and dedicated to promoting a healthy workplace environment. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Experience in HR management and policy implementation
- Proficiency in employee benefits administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (SHRM-CIPD)
