Senior Associate, (SEA Investments) - Global Buy Side

Our client is a global buy-side firm with a diversified portfolio spanning across the globe. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate/Assistant Vice President based in Singapore. The primary focus of this role will be on Southeast Asia, with particular emphasis on Indonesia. Position Overview:

• Produce or assist in producing key analyses, error-free financial models, and other work products.
• Actively support Partner/VP on deal execution and portfolio company issues.
• Take ownership of investment timeline, work plan, and specific workstreams.
• Monitor flash reports and monthly financials, identifying areas of concern or issues for discussion.
• Demonstrate commercial insight, identifying key issues, articulating and defending deal theses, and structuring work plans.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-8 years of experience, ideally from a private equity firm, investment bank, or management consulting firm.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (to liaise with Indonesian counterparts in discussions, negotiations and reviewing documentations)
• Superior financial modeling skills, understanding relationships among key financial statements, constructing financial models, and drawing business insights from data.
