ERP Project Manager - (12 mths extendable contract)

The Company We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our client on a multi-year global ERP implementation project. The ideal Project Manager will have a strong background within the EPC industry and proven expertise in end-to-end ERP Implementation. The Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure alignment of project objectives with business requirements.
- Drive business process analysis and reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and maximize the benefits of the ERP system.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and address concerns throughout the project.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate training sessions and user acceptance testing to validate system configurations and functionality.
- Oversee the transition to post-implementation support, including the establishment of governance frameworks and ongoing system maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects, preferably within the EPC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of EPC industry operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
