Project Manager

Experience of business change in any of the following is beneficial:

• Insurance
• Health industry
• Data Analytics (establishing a Centre of Excellence)
• Claims process

The candidate would be running a medium-sized project within a wider Portfolio of Group Risk and Compliance projects and will have dual-reporting lines into the Programme Director and the Business Sponsor of their project.  The project is currently being scoped but it will broadly have the objective of establishing the Group Risk and Compliance's Technology and Data architecture with a particular focus on data analytics and Health business tools. Specific deliverables could include:

• Establishment of a Risk Data Analytics Centre of Excellence
• Delivery of a set of 2nd line tools across the Group designed to reduce Health Claims leakage
• Establish and embed the 'ways of working' between the Group Risk and Compliance teams and an expanding Technology function.

The candidate does not need to be a Technical IT expert but needs to be able to work with Technology and Health Business professionals and be able to work independently. Start date: likely late June / early July.
