Job details

Managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing finances and budgets, implementing policies, and maintaining stander
Managing profitability, managing revenue generation, managing and conducting human resources activities, and delivering a return on investment to ownership.
Leads the team in the development and implementation of property-wide strategies. Ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations
Builds relationships with key customers and is involved in the sales process.
Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives.
Planning budgets, setting sales targets and managing accounts
Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model.
Manage budgets/expenses, analyze, interpret financial information, monitor sales and profits.
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services.

Skills

Proven experience as a Manager, in the Hospitality Industry or relevant role with minimum EXP of 15 years.
Fluent in Arabic & English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Well aquented with Riyadh market.
Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management.
Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.
Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management orrelevantfield is a plus.
