JOB DETAILS: Position Title: Director Commercial Broad Band: M13: Senior Management Reports to Department & Function: Job Code: Date Prepared/Revised: Talent Pipeline Layer: Managing Managers (MM)2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: Accountable for developing strategic direction to develop and promote the Ma aden brand, implement the Ma aden commercial strategy, and expand and diversify Ma aden activities, accelerating growth and maximize returns for the company in multiple regions/countries 3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Qualification: Relevant technical/business degree MBA (incl Strategic management) Experience: 15 years relevant experience including at least 5 years in senior management role * International experience * Mergers and acquisitions Skills: * Proven leadership and management skills (people skills)* Ability to deal with unknown, combine unrelated data and information to create new insight * Global mindset * Sound business acumen * Advanced understanding of business value chain * Leading expert knowledge of discipline trends, interpretation and application of industry knowledge * Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into tactical plans * Design thinking * Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking * Change agent and ability to lead transformation * Advanced knowledge and understanding of practical impact of all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements * Advanced knowledge and understanding of Ma aden codes, regulation, rules, procedures and processes * Ability to drive engagement and foster high performance culture * Creating and innovating * Discernment and sound decision making skills * Resilience * Intercultural intelligence * Advanced verbal and written communication skills * Results driven (aligning customer/business/cost/strategy/expectations)* Expert discipline knowledge * Advance competence performing risk management and analysis * Fluent English Company Industry
