IT Operations Manager

Introduction to the role: Our client is looking for an IT Operations Manager, where you'll lead a talented team ensuring smooth IT operations across eight countries for team members worldwide. Working closely with the VP of Information Technology, you'll drive technology transformation, focusing on maximizing business value through people, processes, and technology. Includes overseeing cloud services, service management, network performance, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations. You'll stay updated on emerging technologies, develop IT operations roadmaps, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities:

• Lead a knowledgeable team to ensure continuous operations and enhancement of cloud services, service management, network performance, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity operations.
• Keep abreast of latest technologies, particularly in public cloud and workplace productivity tools, driving automation and efficiency.
• Develop and coordinate IT operations roadmaps to deliver on business value through productivity enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT services and processes, aligning with international best practices.
• Manage financial plans for IT operations, forecasting quarterly expenditures and allocating costs according to business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, with extensive public cloud management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, or Agile preferred.
• Previous experience in Office 365 migration and leadership in IT service management.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in IT services and processes.
• Experience managing financial plans for IT operations.
