Recruitment Officer | Iloilo, Philippines (Remote)
Job details
As a full-time recruitment officer working at our Iloilo office, you will increase the number of Migrant Domestic Workers (helpers) using our online platform to find their next job in Singapore or Hong Kong for free. It includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing the helpers’ applications and calling them to ensure the timely completion of their employment profiles in our mobile app, verifying the accuracy of their documents and information.
- Maintaining the quality and consistency of the active applicants displayed on our platform
- Updating our CRM in real-time by taking notes and scheduling the next actions
- Sharing information with the team via our online management tools for seamless collaboration.
- Growing the number of applicants by posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram), replying to comments, and promoting We Are Caring online,
- Ensuring the first level of support before and during the deployment and following up regularly with helper to ensure their well-being
- Positive work experience in the recruitment industry, call centre or customer service
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- High level of energy and proactivity
- Experience with CRM is preferred (we use Hubspot)
- Experience in managing social media for companies is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
