Lead teams of (embedded) software, electrical, FPGA, and quantum engineers
(approximately 40 FTEs, with rapid growth expectations). Define, implement, document, and manage engineering processes across teams to facilitate the company's continued expansion. Participate in defining the company's strategy and roadmap. Manage engineering projects end-to-end, including resource and timeline planning. Prepare and oversee the engineering department's budget.
