Job Description:
This is a remote job ad for Philippine-based applicants. The Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the Phlebotomy Department and maintaining quality customer service. Responsibilities:- Communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel.
- Ensure all Stats, timed draws, and daily scheduled assignments are completed in a timely manner.
- Assign and ensure tasks are completed within established guidelines.
- Communicate throughout the shift with field staff based on business needs.
- Monitor and complete STAT tracker and adjust staffing as necessary.
- Operate computer-based systems, phones, and other tools effectively.
- Track and route Phlebotomists to client facility sites in a timely manner.
- Evaluate incoming calls and order requests to determine priorities.
- Monitor and make continuous efforts to improve operations and decrease turnaround times.
- Manage STAT turnaround times, paperwork, and confirm results received.
- 1-year experience in dispatching.
- Knowledge of Phlebotomy.
- Excellent customer service, phone etiquette, and effective communication skills.
- Medical background, training, and/or experience.
- Ability to read and use mapping tools.
- Monthly Salary: Php 35,000.
- Salary paid on the 15th and 30th/31st of each month.
- Extra pay for overtime and Philippines public holidays.
- Probation: 6 months with 10 days of annual leave credits after probation.
- 5 days of sick leave.
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days.
- Laptop provided after 30 days.
- Permanent work-from-home.
- Night Shift: 10PM to 7AM Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
