Quality Control Manager-F&B

We are seeking a Kuwait Resident Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, meticulous and detail-oriented you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures to ensure our products meet high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product reliability and consistency. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. - Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for product quality. - Act as a liaison with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality-related issues. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in quality control or a similar role in the F&B industry. - Certification in quality control or related field is a plus. - Experience with ISO standards and quality management systemsis a MUST. - Experience in the manufacturing or production industry is a MUST Skills: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Experience with quality control tools and software. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Leadership skills to oversee a team of quality control inspectors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
