FMCG distribution Cop-ops and Key Account Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Supervisor at Gulf Resources Trd. & Cont. Co. located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including managing a sales team, providing customer service and support, and overseeing training programs. This is an on-site role and requires the candidate to be located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and sales data
- Experience in team management and ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in training and developing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
- Experience in the industry and knowledge of the local market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
