Responsibilities: 1. Warehouse Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. - Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts. 2. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management. - Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team. - Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the necessary resources to excel in their roles. 3. Operational Efficiency: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the warehouse operations. - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflow and increase efficiency. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making. 4. Collaboration: - Work closely with other departments, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination of operations. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues and optimize processes throughout the supply chain. 5. Vendor Management: - Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to quality or logistics. - Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with vendors to optimize procurement costs and maintain high product quality. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements. - Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. - Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Must be visa 18 transferable and fluent in both Arabic and English.
