Job details

Manage all aspects of elevator installation projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain installation schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Supervise and provide guidance to installation teams, including engineers, supervisors,
technicians and subcontractors, to ensure work is performed efficiently and to company standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
Review and approve installation plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required.
Foster a culture of safety among installation teams, promoting adherence to safety protocolsand procedures at all times.
Provide comprehensive training programs for engineers, supervisors, and technicians, ensuring their proficiency in elevator installation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in elevator installation or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installation techniques.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
