Job Summary
Head of Human Resources' primary goal is to be internal client oriented and manage all aspects of Human Resources in a multi-site environment, including but not limited to employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, reporting and disciplinary. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Responsible for all the periodic HR reporting (local and to the headquarter)
- Continuous update of all HR internal policies and procedures
- Lead a team of HR clerks and General Services Admin Staff
- Participate and organise the annual appraisals, annual salary increases and bonuses allocations steering comity
- Build and supervise the annual training plan and its budget
- Supervision of the recruitment of processes from candidate selection to visas approvals
- Responsible for disciplinary actions in respect of local labour law
- Provide support and guidance to all management on HR related issues
- Key contact for Health Insurance and Life Insurance policies internally and externally
- Ensure that all employee's information are at all time up to date in the HR Managing System
- Elaborate and roll-out HR Communication
- HR event management: seminars, team buildings, staff parties
- Building and follow-up of HR annual Budget
