Job Objective:: Maintain Telco services roadmap, design the value proposition of Telco services, propose improvement initiatives and co-ordinate the implementation of products/services to drive acquisition and grow subscriber base / revenue across the business sector Job Specifications:: •Participate in the achievement of the Section's objectives by coordinating core services related activities. •Autonomously operate and ensure team operates within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to enable the section/team to operate efficiently. •Co-ordinate the operational activity of the Team in a way which breeds a culture of high performance and team work in an engaging professional environment. •Provide input into the development of product management and/or product development strategy for core products through analysis of various parameters such as marketing effectiveness, target market profiles, impact assessment on existing products and other distribution considerations. •Develop and maintain product management and/or development activities for core services through in-depth understanding of customer / market requirements and trends. •In coordination with other marketing sections; develop, manage and ensure the successful launch of core products to stc Bahrain by developing associated promotions, campaigns, reviewing service descriptions for core products etc. •Ensure successful implementation of the portfolio of core products by liaising with relevant technology teams. •Lead the entire lifecycle of mobility voice products (plans, devices, roaming) - from market research, development, and launch to ongoing optimization. •Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, opportunities, and trends in the mobility voice space. •Develop and implement product roadmaps for mobility voice solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. •Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for mobility voice products and recommend improvements. •Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, engineering, customer support) to ensure product success. •Develop and manage product requirements documents and specifications. •Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate product strategies and insights to stakeholders. •Identify and evaluate new opportunities for product innovation within the Business Core Services portfolio. Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision Qualification & Experience:: •Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field •Proficiency in English language •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience Preferred: •Proficiency in Arabic language Company Industry
