Leverages 3M to drive Customer Inspired Innovation (CII) programs through market specialization that complement product expertise. Proactively contributes to the development of value propositions for effective commercialization. Coordinates and leads field trials with customers or evaluates local competition and marketing practices. Replicates and develops product/market applications with focus on new application development and efficient replication leveraging e-tools. Demonstrates fluency in industry standards, practices, and regulations and becomes involved with industry bodies that set the standards; harnesses insights from market and customer process expertise. Job Description The candidate needs to have around 3 -5 years experience of semiconductor back end process and relevant materials. Needs to work in the customer production line to troubleshoot and solve problems. Your job responsibilities include: • Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for backend solution. • Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer need, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations. • Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials. • Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications. • Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide “voice of customer”, new product ideas and competitive analysis. • Utilize general CAD and other analysis software, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with our product development team to perform simulations and optimize product performance. • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally. • Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
