About Our Client

A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Review and update job descriptions, salary structures, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term compensation plans that support employee engagement and performance
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to employee benefits.
  • Lead the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR teams to establish payroll policies and procedures that comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and reconcile payroll-related accounts, deductions, and taxes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, including designing and implementing competitive compensation strategies and benefits programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
