About the Role: The Senior Farm Maintenance Manager will plan and organize assigned farm mechanical maintenance staff so that the broad range of agricultural, industrial, and animal feeding machinery and equipment is serviced, Maintained, and operated in accordance with Almarai SOP. To train staff to ensure that competent and enough maintenance staff are available for the assigned farm sites. The role is based in remote sites, approximately 70% of time will be spent out of the office on sites with electrical supervisors and their staff and suppliers. Physical conditions are tough with work continuing throughout the summer heat and dust. Sites are located mainly in one area – 4 of the 5 main dairy farms are within a 50 km radius of each other and located about 130 km from the capital Riyadh. Requirement: Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:- Should be holding Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 8 years or experience in workshop or industrial service center environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a large-scale maintenance operation.
- Should have experience with maintenance of large scale agricultural or Industrial equipment and petrol and diesel engine vehicles.
- A sound knowledge or troubleshooting and diagnostic fault finding.
- Excellent communication with good influencing and person management skills.
