This role will report into the Senior Manager, MENA Strategy & Ops and have accountability for all aspects of KSA immigration program, including sourcing, managing a large team of Immigration Specialists. The right leader for this role values continuous improvement, process, compliance and data inspection, and has proven record in successfully growing and designing new programs and capabilities with the employee experience at the forefront.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of KSA immigration specialists responsible for case managing KSA immigration applications, providing expert immigration advice to international employees, HR, recruiters and business leaders and engaging government authorities involved in the immigration matters
• Look at Saudization compliance and guiding the business where there are opportunities at a role level as well as overall org level
• Looking around the corners and keeping up to date with the Saudi regulatory updates, thus designing the required process changes, interventions to ensure change management is effectively managed
• Employ strong KSA immigration experience to identify trends and develop targeted program-level goals and initiatives

Job Requirements:

• 6-8 years KSA immigration experience
• Track record in managing high-volume immigration programs and improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Extensive experience in advising senior business and HR leaders on complex immigration regulations and compliance risks (either in-house or in a management consultancy / legal setting)
• Track record in identifying and resolving complex immigration issues, assuming leadership roles in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
